    TWEEN Yoga-6 Week SPRING Series

    Starts Thursday, April 20th at 4:30 p.m.

    On Thursday, April 20th, Align Wellness Studio will offer our popular Tween Yoga series. Each class will be held on Thursday at 4:30 p.m.-5:30 p.m. for 6 weeks. Boys and girls ages of 11-14 are welcome to join yoga instructor Lisa Moser for this fun and creative class designed just for them!

    pilates reformer for teens-4 Week SPRING Series

    Starts Thursday, April 20th at 5:30 p.m.

    Does your teen slouch over their phone, laptop, and desk for hours on end?  Are they at risk for over-training with sports or dance?  Sign them up for this small group workout on the Pilates Reformer!  Pilates builds core strength, flexibility, and body awareness.  With only 4 students max per class, your teen will get lots of help as they learn the method on the most loved piece of Pilates equipment.  
     
    4 classes meet Thursdays at 5:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m. for 4 weeks.

    intro to reformer-4 Week WINTER Series
    Starts THURSDAY, January 5th at 6:30 P.M..

    This 4-week series is designed to teach you the fundamentals of Pilates reformer work in just 1 class per week.

    Register for Mondays at 10 a.m. with Amy or Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. with Allison.

    INTRO TO CHEN STYLE TAI CHI, BEGINNERS - LEVEL 1
    Starts Thursday, January 5th at 6:00 p.m.

    Tai Chi, also known as the "moving meditation," is a holistic mind-body exercise originating from China. While most people associate Tai Chi with gentle exercises for senior citizens, few know that Tai Chi was originally a martial art, offering rigorous workouts to adults of all age and fitness level, improving their muscle strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and aerobic conditioning.

    The Beginners Level I series is based on traditional Chen Style Tai Chi, the grandfather of all contemporary Tai Chi Styles. It is characterized by intricate coiling and spiraling movements, alternating slow and fast progression, and sudden release of power. The Level I series consists of 12 weekly classes. It teaches eight foundation exercises and a compact 6-Movement Tai Chi Form. Sign up to experience traditional Tai Chi in the new year, and join 300 million people worldwide who have integrated Tai Chi into their lifestyle.

    Tai Chi classes are $225 for a 10-class card. The full intro series is 12 classes. Additional classes can be attended for $22.50 per class. The 10 classes purchased for $225 must be used during the Winter 2017 series  and are not transferable to another series.
